The Animal Inside
Do you fear the animal inside, the one who isn't afraid to hide. The monster that it wishes to be, that creature that is still in me. My mind it chooses to control, it lost it's compassion long ago. My fears are it's blazing fire, my sorrows are it's largest desire. It came too far it won't go back, and so my life it will attack. Many lives it's taken so much pain it's seen, it thrives off it that dreadful thing The pain draws it in then it bleeds you dry, you won't know it's there till it's already gone by. It's to late then your life is gone, then it's off to find another one.
