The Amazing Body Machine
My body's a machine, amazing and fine, Made up of parts, that all work in line. My head's the control center, where thoughts and dreams reside, My brain's the computer, that helps me learn and glide. My eyes are the windows, that look out at the world, Drinking in colors, and all the wonders unfurled. My ears are the listeners, that hear every single sound, Helping me learn, and navigate, all around. My nose is the sniffer, that smells the sweet and the sour, Helping me taste, and enjoy, every single hour. My mouth's the communicator, that speaks and sings and says, Helping me express, all my thoughts and feelings in every way. My heart's the pump, that beats and beats, day and night, Keeping me alive, with all its might. My lungs are the breathers, that inhale and exhale with ease, Giving me oxygen, and all the energy I need to please. My arms are the helpers, that lift and carry with care, Assisting me, in everything I do, with flair. My hands are the creators, that make and build and repair, Helping me craft, and bring my dreams to share. My legs are the movers, that walk and run and play, Taking me places, every single day. My feet are the foundation, that stand and balance with might.
