he grows tired sick from his own making a creation of the path he paved he claimed royalty with no court to bestow to shout of his strength independence he declared sitting now in the filth of his loneliness stuck in memories of what was dreams of what could have should have been frail he slumps alone on his claim foggy is his vision muffled sounds surround nothing as it was and never will be again alone he stares into the abyss of what he made
