That was the day he'd tell her
He looked into her brown eyes the way the sunlight danced in them. He told her her beauty his pure and precious. One of a kind to exist. He said how he loves her. He watched as her pretty black hair blew perfectly in the wind. To be in her presence was truly an honor. He beauty was inside and out. From her soft, gentle, kind smile. To her warm feeling laugh. Yet that was the day he would tell her how much he hurt her. The day she looked back into his eyes with hurt. The way she felt as she was no longer one of a kind. The day she felt as if he never loved her. The day she felt a lonely, dark, and horrible presence She felt awful inside and out. She felt as if she wasn't good enough. The day her smile faded. The day her laugh was gone. All she felt was broken and sadness, as the tears fell down her face and the darkness surrounded her.
