That Beautiful Star
How beautiful that star looks in the sky, hidden behind moon, It may be larger than the spherical beauty but gets no attention. It waits every night in hope, people will recognise it and see it soon, But unfortunately, people see the charms and show the star no affection. After looking at it every night, I wonder what is the star's fault, It may not be charming, but it is honest and stronger than moon. Why can't people give it a single coin from their heart's huge vault? And continue admiring someone who takes its charm from a creature of noon. Moon is a deceptor who doesn't even has its own shine, Star is a loving one who selflessly gives other people light. But still all the people praise the moon while they share wine, And no one cares about the lonely star shining for others very bright. During the life's eclipse, that charming moon leaves your sight, But that caring star always stands there to give you power. Moon moves here and there, changing faces every night, While that star never changes, always gives people light's shower. Oh Almighty! If I ever live my life in galaxies, make me that star, Who puts smiles on people's face even when falling and never goes far.
