Thank You For Forty-nine

Thank you Love for all you've done throughout the years. You've been my rock, my gift from God, my everything. Our life together has been a happy one with few tears. And I know that each of us would give each other anything. I'm grateful that you joined with me and became my wife, And that we could be in love this way for so long a time. Our family grew, our career is done, and we are enjoying life. And to have wonderful kids and grandkids too is so sublime. This perfect union that we've shared has been really fine. It's been "us" right from the start, together as a team. Now the years that we've been married number forty-nine, And time has shown our sacred vows still work like a dream. Life is always better when there's "one" for whom you care. And nothing makes me happier than this deep love we share.
