Terrified
It’s terrifying to love Too much You’ll feel empty without him, Too much Your chest hurts Like it’s about to explode When you're with him. He’s gone now, though. Gone with time, But his scent lingers on my skin, The thought of him touching me Makes me tremble And it makes me feel lonesome, somehow. Once, I loved too much, Too violent, Too hot was the fire I was almost burnt to ashes. It’s frightening indeed, But it is more terrifying Not to feel that way anymore Towards anyone. ©reddragonfly
