Tear/Tear

When you shed a tear it means your heart has a tear that something somewhere got hurt I'd like to think that's why the words are spelt the same the words explain a set of events a story of pain but we cannot cry forever or else we might run out of tears and our heart will eventually heal but there is still a scar left over
