Tangled Roots🗣️
A bond so strong, yet fragile as glass, Between us, a chasm, vast and wide at last, Love and anger, intertwined like vines, A complicated dance, where hearts entwine. Memories of warmth, now distant past, Echoes of laughter, forever forecast, But pain and hurt, like shadows, remain, A residue of love, in vain. Your guidance, once a beacon in my night, Now feels suffocating, a constant fight, Expectations high, yet understanding scarce, A delicate balance, lost in space. I search for answers, in your eyes, For validation, a loving surprise, But find instead, a mirror to my pain, A reflection of our strained, tangled bond in vain. Still, I yearn for connection, pure and true, To bridge the gap, to heal, to renew, To find the love, beneath the hurt and fear, And mend the tears, that we've held for years.
