Have you heard the tale of the truth If not I'll try summarize it for ya It goes once the truth lived amongst us Free, playful and beloved by all He wore beautiful robes and coved his face He was a shy one they say One day on a hot day he decided To take a bath in the cool mountain steam He took off his robes and went for a bath The lie was passing through and stole the robes The truth rushed trying catch the lie The world saw his friend the truth naked As a good friend she turned away The truth tried to explain but the World Wouldn't listen to the naked truth Hence ashamed the truth went back to the stream He hid there for no one wanted the naked truth The lie escaped with the robes Today the lie walks on earth dressed As the truth no one knows how The truth looks like so they Believed the lie they saw and heard The truth Still hides ashamed waiting For someone who wants the naked truth But the world won't just look at the naked truth
