Sworn in Silence
Before the knight , he bent his knees, His hand upon the holy sword. An oath he gave for all to see, Now the knight he was , by word & lord. Yet in the prince's gaze , a stir: A quiet awe , a sudden beat. One fleeting glance , his heart astir - A love unseen , yet swift & sweet. The knight's smile confessed the same , A warmth no crown could never hide. In the first glance , two hearts were claimed - A knight & prince , in love allied.
