Sunspot
Sunspot by Jack A.S. Dunce I really hardly noticed it. In fact, I'm not that sure. I'm doubting memory serves true: So pure yet so obscure? I can't believe I didn't see The thing I now look for Instinctively and without fail By its little corner door. How could it have ended like this? From barely ever seen To all I seem to ever see In every passing scene. When did the spot become my sun? A blip that comes and go Revolving through my empty space But now makes my day glow. I'm certain, this will never last; These things end up undone. For now, I might as well sit back And just bask in my Sun. --🌼-- ©️pgmr 05/20/2026
