Summer Fun!

Can't get over how time has grown wings; From Summer to Fall in seconds it seems. Because summer-fun is one of my favorite things, And is included in most of my dreams. Dreams of Summer with the kids out of school, Shouting and playing all day in the pool. I know it's been years but it seems like, somehow. We were all here together, as a family, just now. But the children are grown and out on their own. Off with their families, doing magical things, While we are waiting In this house all alone. Waiting for summer and the kids to come home.
