In the depths of Despair Everything I do seems to be in vain, Everyone I love always causing me pain. Mood swings are always what I gain, As I navigate this life filled with strain. Every time I wish for the rain, I will always see pain, no solace to attain. Every day I feel like an outcast, Always drowning in my past, memories amassed. Even as time is moving fast, Escaping reality is the last, I yearn for a moment of respite, To break free from this perpetual fight. I guess everyone is lonely sometimes, But I hope I'm not alone in these rhymes, In the depths of darkness, I strive to cope, Seeking a glimmer of hope, a flicker of hope. Through the shadows, I'll find my way, Embracing the night, I'll learn to sway, In the depths of despair, I'll find my light, And emerge from this darkness, strong and bright.
