STRONG ONES

Behind every strong person, a story untold, A broken child, with a spirit so bold. Through darkness and pain, they learned to endure, To rise from the ashes, their strength to assure. Beneath that strong armor, their bruises still sting, The wounds of the past, the memories that cling. But they bear their scars with unwavering grace, For they've learned that from hardship, beauty can embrace. In the deepest of trials, they learned to be strong, To face adversaries, to prove themselves wrong. With each pain endured, they grew all the more, Empowered by heartache, their essence to restore. They took all the brokenness, woven a shield, A force now unyielding, they would never yield. No longer oppressed by the past's heavy chains, They learnt to stand tall and break free from the reins. No longer would they cower, or silently take, Their voice now a beacon, against any ache. For they know their worth, and they claim their space, No longer subdued, they embrace their own grace. But behind that strength, flickers a hint, Of the child inside, still healing a chink. For scars may fade, but remnants may stay, A reminder of battles faced, along the way. They're champions, warriors, resilient and brave, For they've
