Strangers
We were strangers Strangers then turned into friends A bit of talking since then And friends turned into lovers I don't know what happened in between then But lovers turned into strangers again And the whole cycle repeated Over and over again But in the end It seemed we were always better as strangers Because as strangers We didn't know How much tears we would shed How much time we would spend And how much fights we would get in Maybe if we would've stayed as strangers I wouldn't have had my heart broken over and over again Or maybe I wouldn't have to keep thinking About what we could've been
