STITCHING BACK THE PIECES
When I was broken, No longer wanting to fight, I found safely in the darkness, Where i hid from the light, Lost in these catacombs, Distraught and alone, I saw the shadow of death, And was turned into stone, For many years i remained here, I became weak and fell apart, It wasn't until you found me, I was given a new start, Standing there above me, Not knowing what you found, You visualized this puzzle, Of those pieces on the ground, When you put me back together, In my hands were needle and thread, As if i were trying to fix what was broken, Even though I was dead.
