Stil You
My heart says yes, yes, still you. Even after distance pulled us apart, turned us into strangers faster than I could understand, like we were nothing at all. You moved on so easily, as if our story never mattered. But I tried—I really tried to let you go. Still, my heart kept yearning for you, whispering your name in the quiet. I replay us in my head, old memories on repeat, and somewhere in them I lose myself. I don’t know where we went wrong only that I loved you purely, honestly, without holding back. And now I’m left with your words: “You can’t love a person like me.” They echo in my chest, but even now, I still wonder what exactly went wrong?
