Star Feelings

The boy looked up at the stars And he saw So many glittering stars That made his heart flutter The stars landed down on him And it reminded him of a friend he met A friend that made him feel cherished That made him feel loved Soon those stars faded away Leaving him alone Those warm feelings he felt with those stars Had gone with them But he didn't cry or pout Because he knew one thing If it wasn't for those stars He wouldn't have felt those feelings again
