Specter Amongst the Spectrum
In a field of vibrant hues and cries, I drift alone where shadows lie, A black sheep cloaked in night’s embrace, Lost amidst the brightened race.Their laughter sings, a discordant wail, As I roam through this haunted vale, Their colors scream in joyous cries, Yet all I see are bleak demise. My fleece, a void, devours the light, In their kaleidoscope, I’m out of sight, Amongst the vivid, I’m but a shade, A ghastly stain where joy’s decayed. They dance in shades of heaven's kiss, I wander through a world amiss, Their beauty sharp, a piercing knife, I am the thorn that marred their life.In this carnival of cruel disguise, I’m the ghost who never dies, A silhouette in a world so bright, Fading into endless night.
