Soul Crystals
Souls are like crystals some are grey, some are clear, and others are murky without fear. As you bud into life, so does your soul crystal start to form. Little ways of lessons taught temper the facets— some leave imperfections that later become the beauty in someone else’s actions. A bud that was never loved may be woven deeply into another. A different pairing... Yet even though the bud is different, the soul is still loved and accepted as if it were the same crystal that bore it. My love’s crystal has seen much more. It is tempered, weathered, battered and marked by scorn. Fractured inside, a myriad of colours can be seen from all angles... almost fragile and broken. Yet it remains. Strong. Accepting. Almost forgiving. Some parts are bright. Others are dim. But I know that each personality reigns within. Some are stormy. Others, light. And some who wish never to be alone at night.
