Somewhere In Heaven
Do you hear the angels sing up above the sea of clouds? Endless joy does it so bring On a place of righteous crowd? Do winds carry my whispers As you lay in fields of Gold? I wish I'd hear your lectures and your memories of old. Have my prayers ever reached you Up there in golden heights? I've only ever felt blue The day you took your flight. Is there peace under the golden light And does your halo shine so bright? I guess that place is dreamy With no more pain you are to fight. But for those nights that were so dreary For missing your warm embrace I know somewhere in heaven I'll get to see your face.
