Sometimes

Sometimes, real badasses come in delicate packages and smiley-faced clowns are the saddest, sad people of all. And sometimes, the people we expect to be largest of heart turn out to be very small. Sometimes, simple wisdom is only a truth and truth is wrought by the experience of hard times and pain. Sometimes, the only way out is going on through, and staying dry means not going out in the rain. And sometimes, your failure is brought on by bad timing or poor choices made by small-minded people with louder-than-life voices. Then, there are those times you think you're out but you're in. And sometimes, when you feel you just lost it all but you win.
