Something or Worse

It's odd when you see the "or worse" in a situation. When the people you thought you could trust dig a knife in your back. The people who are supposed to protect, kill pieces of you with precision. And then you turn into the bad guy, the 'something or worse' becomes a tack. Pinning you to your place before you have time to breathe. There's no time to plead against their plots. Stuck in the past of pain and disbeliefs. And then they change every part of you ,even your thoughts. Their so called care turns into the or worse situation And you're left trying to see a new position.
