**Some Parts of Me** Some parts of me still ache for you. Some parts resent you— for walking away when I was already drowning in silence, when you knew I had no one. Some parts of me still carry love for you. Some accept your absence, because deep down, they always sensed you'd leave. Some parts still long to feel you beside me at night. Others flinch at the thought of ever seeing you again. Some parts beg to forget you. Some burn with anger for every lie you fed me. But all these pieces— they rise like tides within me, pulling me under, wrapping around my mind like a serpent made of memories.
