Snap
A rubber band I find to control myself, Dripping wax from the candle burn. Snap, snap my skin goes red, But it's better than scars, I guess? Like whip lashes to a slave, My skin bares marks that fade. No one knows, why should they? No one cares anyway. Started back when I was young, Crying tears that now cease to run. Stab my heart and do it right, Don't leave me in this cold world tonight. The blade is tempting, oh yes it is. But spare a glance to those who did. Not wanting to be found, but still craving the pain. The rubber band goes a long way.
