Smiles Are So Deceiving

I put on a mask of invulnerability, I hide the pain I constantly wear, Smiles can be so deceiving can't they? Even the brightest of smiles can hide the darkest of pain, Smiles are so deceiving I am even tricked by my own pain sometimes, I can cry and cry, And then I can smile like the tears didn't even exist, Smiles are so deceiving.
