Sleepless Nights
I remember the nights We were cuddled up in bed, Having pointless conversations, Going on and on for nights. Tired? It was not for us. I remember the late night drives, The games we played, The pillow fights - a sport so rigorous. Was it all a dream ? Now I lay in my bed, Alone and cold, Tears soaking my sheets, Nothing was as it may seem. Was it all a mirage, If it was, Oh, How beautiful was it ! Like a cruel fantasy.
