Silent Screams
Fears that once held me tight Now slipping away in the night Lost in shadows, I'm alone Afraid to face the unknown Memories of joy, now but a dream Fears and doubts, my heart does seem To be consumed, by darkest night Leaving me with tears, and endless fight In this emptiness, I search for light A guiding star, to lead me through the night But fears and doubts, they still remain A constant whisper, a haunting refrain I'm trying to hold on, to what's left of me But fears and doubts, they're tearing me apart, it seems I'm losing myself, in this darkest place Afraid to face, the emptiness of my face.
