SILENT REGRETS
I shouldn’t regret this, but I do, more than I can admit. I shouldn’t say it, but the silence feels like it’s tearing me apart. Should I keep walking this path? Each step feels like losing a piece of myself, watching my soul grow dimmer, just to keep my art breathing, barely alive, day after day. My creations gather dust, unseen, forgotten, fading away. I was meant for something else, but I chose this for them, to keep them happy. But doesn’t my happiness matter too? Is that my purpose—to keep giving, to make them smile, while I slowly disappear? I should’ve fought harder for my dreams, listened to my heart when it spoke. I shouldn’t have to live with this regret, but here I am, wondering if it’s too late. And in the end, what’s left? Just a spark that never got to shine, an empty soul, art left unfinished, and echoes of dreams I buried alive.
