In silence, we seek solace deep, Escaping minds that often weep. For each, a path unique, we find, To soothe the darkness left behind. Some, with pen and paper near, Inscribe their thoughts, release the fear. Words dance upon the empty page, Unlocking doors, a tender stage. Others, lost in melodies sweet, Find refuge where the notes repeat. In music's embrace, they immerse, And quiet storms find peaceful verse. A painter's brush, a vibrant stroke, Expressing what cannot be spoke. Colors blend, emotions pour, Transforming shadows to explore. The stillness broken by a dance, Expressing tales of circumstance. Bodies moving, hearts set free, A language silent, yet we see. A wanderer amidst nature's grace, Finds solace in its quiet space. Whispers of trees, the gentle breeze, Unravel knots, grant inner peace. And some, in meditation's hold, Discover depths previously untold. Breathing deep, minds untwine, Embracing stillness, thoughts align. In silence, we find our own escape, From darkness that our minds may drape.
