Bring fire to my rain, Upon somber shores, I hold no refrain, Timeless misery haunts me, As I walk through the dark, I see not but finality, I wish upon what may be, And hold you in my heart, But in that I still long for you, The waves of sorrow, Crash against my mind, Taking what is left of my pride, And in my darkest hour, Hoping that you were by my side, Beyond the dreams of divine beings, Reality bequeaths me not with love, As I continue to seek, Waiting for signs, Of your heart.
