A tear comes into view, It lands upon your cheek, Is it happy,  or is it sad, Or is it because your meek, I hate to see you cry, I hope your not in pain, Cause my heart hurts so bad, Seeing your tears fall like rain, I want you to know I care, And I hope you know it now, For when you cry, I die inside, and I want to show you how, Is it me that makes you hurt, If it is then I am dirt, Who turns to mud, And feels like crud, I wanna make this work, Forever I will show you, How much you mean to me, For if you cry, Tell me why, And I'll hold you tenderly
