Shattered Glass
Look into my heart, if you dare to see, A mirror cracked, reflecting misery. Where laughter danced, now shadows softly creep, And fragments of joy, forever fall asleep. A symphony of pain, a mournful, lonely tune, Each beat a hammer, striking hearts abloom. The vibrant hues, now faded, gray and bleak, A silent tear, a whisper I can't speak. Though time may mend, the scars will always trace, A haunting echo, of a lost embrace. But hope remains, a flicker in the night, To piece together, what once felt so bright.
