Shattered Glass
Alone in the world, so misunderstood reflecting on what could have been. Alone in this room, thinking, "maybe I could," if only my existence wasn't a sin. I have lost so many people, even those I love My nights are often drowned by tears. The hell with that man, who's somewhere above All he's given me are a variety of fears. I look into the reflections of shattered glass I exist and yet I don't belong. Slowly, I wash my sorrow with beers doomed to sing my sad song. The reflection isn't there anymore it's just me, a broken hearted man. With this drink, I'll smash onto the floor. At least I had one decent plan.
