Shattered by words

Calmness reigns over me thoughts bubble up in my head like a volcano waiting to explode. do you remember the day your words damaged me ? left me behind with tears and a heart overflowing with torment. The guilt of I deserve it comes and goes the tongue cuts deep wounds and here i feel inferior.
