Shattered
The Fenix rises from the flames of despair. Every good flower ripped out by the passing storm. Every good memory now my own personal nightmare. The pain of it all rips away at me, trying to take a physical form. I try to hide from it, but it finds me everytime. No sedative strong enough to keep it at bay. I try and carry myself as if it's all fine. But my demons have come out to play. It doesn't feel like there could ever be a end to this stage. The numbness keeps me locked onto the thought of you. I try and deflect but I can't flip the page. I thought I'd be ready, but every feeling is brand new. I thought I was done with this, but it's not done with me. I guess I have to walk through the valley of the shadow of death, to find all I can be.
