Shattered
I know life has its ups and downs, but lately mine have only been downs. The flow broke suddenly, and I didn’t know what to do. I tried to pick the shattered pieces up, yet they only led me to give up. Every time I tried to fix myself, the damage only grew. And slowly, all the pain inside turned every thought untrue. Still, I try my best to keep up after the mess I made. I got so fed up with my own patterns, watching all my progress fade. I definitely miss the old version of me, the one who felt alive. the one who used to thrive under pressure and difficulties that she refused to affect her live. Sadly, I took a step back. It wasn’t a choice I made. It was the toxic environment around me that slowly pulled me away. I know I can’t fully control the environment around me, but at least I don’t want it to take over my life completely. I’m not desperate or hopeless. I’m just lost for now, shattered, Trying to find self-awareness again, and a better path somehow.
