Shadows of the past
In the shadows of the past, I dwell, Memories, like ghosts, they cast their spell. Beneath a moonlit sky, they whisper and call, Echoes of pain, they never truly fall. A dance of darkness, secrets untold, In the depths of my heart, they unfold. Each scar, a story etched upon my skin, In the battles fought, but not lost. In the shadows of the past, I dwell, Silhouettes of fire burn through my hearts desire, Telling me I have a life to live and life to give, But not warning me, that I have to take one too, Without knowing, that its my life i have to take.
