Shadow of Guilt
In the shadows of guilt, my emotions entwine, I dance with conflict, a complex design. I ponder in silence, my struggles concealed, the burden within cannot be revealed. I yearn to confide, to lessen the pain, yet the burden of guilt lingers like rain. Should I confide, lay bare my strife, Or bear the burden, conceal my life? In this delicate dance of truth and care, I hide in silence, my own burden to bear. I want release from the pain, I want release from emotional strain. That's when guilt whispers, 'Be wise, honesty is not where protection lies.'
