SHADES OF SORROW
They say that overthinking will cause my death That I ought to stop or else I'm gonna be gone forever The funny thing is I was walking this morning with millions of thoughts running in my head And suddenly a car nearly hit me I paid no attention to the drivers words all I noticed were the signs she gave With all the crazy ideas and thoughts I lose myself bit by bit Sometimes I sit down and wonder "where exactly am I?" " Am I in the right place?” “Is this the right time?” Regardless of everything I tell myself I need to move on To a place of freedom and peace Away from the distractions around me It's crazy how we quickly think negative of ourselves the moment someone stairs at us in a wired way We say to ourselves I'm not worth it The moment we see an image of ourselves on the mirror we break down in tears I break down in tears, because I feel I think I'm nothing compared to the best I try my best to look for the light But all I find is a dark deep tunnel leading to nothing but thoughts and thoughts of unpleasantness and uncomfortability I need help Is there anybody out there? I'm slowly loosing my mind And before you know it There's just gonna be a memory of me in people's hearts
