shackled
In the shadows of my heart, there's a secret kept, There's an emotion that i feel, in which i couldn't get. Shackled by this feeling; unable to get free, Drowning in this sea of emotion and i couldn't breathe. In forbidden love, I find my grief, You wear another's ring, beyond my relief. I know I shouldn't love, it's a sin to claim, But my heart defies, in love's cruel game. In moonlit whispers, I'll haunt your night, A spectral love, forever in sight. Your heart, a crypt where shadows play, I'll wait for the darkness to claim you away. In hollow halls, your whispers echo mine, A midnight lament, where lost loves intertwine. If love's the requiem, I'll sing it slow, For in your sorrow, my heart learns to know.
