Self Security
All powerful, omnipotent the narrator of the soul That lights the home fire of our heart's hearth And gives the soul it's warm and glow The writer of our fate The keeper of memories Seldom does it fail to notice There's nothing it can't see That little voice in my head that I don't recognize, but is ME Like a lighthouse in the night in the harbor bay It guides my vessel back to safety and lights up the dark way Though it speaks a language that my human mind can't understand It speaks my souls native language And they talk like long lost friends This guiding spirit keeps at bay all traps, snares and harm my internal home security my personal alarm
