self medication

I think it's time to stop trying to numb myself, by trying to self medicate- but rather heal my own wounds, with truth and not self hate. Broken hearts can kill a person, just as much as things one may ingest. Either way without treatment, both will have the same end results, But better to try to heal than die, at my own hand, and my own fault.
