Self control Blood boils within me , I'm left scared, Emotions brewing, unprepared, Rage consumes my very being, Tears flow,heart is screaming, Inferno burning inside my chest, Self control put to the test, Fear and anger, interwine, Battle raging, unleashed divine, Strength within, Self control is the key, Mind over matter, set me free, Discipline, gaining control, the ultimate goal, Self control the power to heal, Banish negative thoughts a lost soul feels, Calm a mind is hard to do, Learning self control is long overdue, In quiet depths restraints absides, Silent strength the soul confides, Controlled desires, passions tamed, Self control to be taken in stride.
