See across chainlinks
I've been catching a new kind of a glass to glow While storing the old dishes in the shed It hits me the same as it did way way back This time it's new cause I cannot close the door My boredom is seething through the chainlink fence On the other side is a kind of causeless hope And I want to I want to call it mine One mind and a hive of bees buzz around when i put my palms up But many times my arms have seem to let me down So i need to be careful Stay in my lane And take myself out when I'm feeling insane I wrote this to the tune of Extraordinary Machine by miss Fiona Apple, but I've never written lyrics before so I don't know how I did. I'm worried It's too cliched with the doors closing and something being on the other side of a fence, but let me know.(if anyone's going to read this)
