Scared and alone, helpless and lost, Hope that seems far out of reach. Pain is coming at a great cost, Frightened of life lessons they teach, Humans are creeping, they are taking control, Left feeling defeated as the world empties my soul, Anxiety, depression as i feel lifes strain, As darkness lingers, skies filled with acid rain, Weight of the world is crushing my heart, Trapping my mind, i am left in the dark, My body consumed, shadows causing fear, Heart is aching, scared of the voives i hear, My heavy heart that is racing so fast, Stuck in time with emotions from the past, Demons haunt the night, crushing my soul, Scared of living, never quite feeling whole, I am scared of all the chattering in the dark, Heartbeat that trembles, my body shaking from head to toe, Can i find the courage where all fear subsides?, Only darkness then can no longer hide.
