Sappy Poetry

I've never been one for sappy poetry But my girlfriend likes it So I'll make it part of me She sends me a poem One she wrote herself My eyes scan over the words Taking it in like wealth My heart beats quickly in my chest It's a poem about me She cares so much It's like a song played in the right key It takes the breath out of my lungs The words align so nicely Her handwriting is so neat And her words flow elgantly I love her so much And even though it's sappy Just knowing she loves me so much, It makes me happy.
