Sailor.
June • 16 • 2022 I'm bound to you and it's torture. You've casted a spell on me with your song, and like a sailor to a siren I've been lured. Your presence, so elegant that it disgusts me. You stifle the air I breathe, Yet you are the thing I need. You are poison, yet somehow my only remedy. You drain all life from me, slowly. Why won't you let me free? My sunlight, you turn to night so quickly. You're but an anchor that has clung to my feet. I am sinking to the bottom of the ocean, You are the thing drowning me. My rose, where have all your lovely petals gone? You drive a stake through my heart, yet I am still in fawn. I am losing life, in bed, chained to an IV. You are the cancer killing me.
