sad everyday life
Sometimes I pretend not to understand certain words. And the words I can't explain, I use every day. The world is strange, just like people. Everything, and yet nothing, is justified. Someone caught attention with a simple whistle. How little it takes. A simple sound, and everyone turns their heads. Yet a silent scream draws no attention. People call out through all possible things. Some simply can’t take it anymore. Life isn’t always colorful; even rose-colored glasses sometimes don’t help. No one lives it endlessly. It’s easy to say, “Don’t worry.” But these are just words — words most won’t even listen to. Once, the reality was different. Maybe it wasn’t given much thought? We used to be children; now, we’re not. What happened to carefree childhood? It slipped away like a fleeting dream. It was so good, and now it’s entirely different. But no one complains. Everyone buries their heads in the sand, like ostriches. It’s sad and yet so deeply true. Someone writes a few lines, and someone finds a kindred spirit within them.
